Cuvée Orience 2003

Ripe, with peppery aroma and flavours of dark plum, blackberry and spice. Tight finish of baker's chocolate. Needs time to settle down. Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. Best from 2007 - 2011. 300 cases imported. 23$, 88 Punkte. WineSpectator 31Aug2006

Bastide 2004

Produced from a blend of old vine Carignan and Grenache along with a healthy 10% dollop of Syrah, the 2004 Bastide reveals a nose of black raspberries, sweet red cherries and hints of tar. Medium-bodied, this excellent value is slightly kinky and riddled with black fruits, spices as well as pepper. Wonderfully expressive and with no hard edges, the 2005 will follow its older siblings into my cellar, always ready for grilled dinners. Drink it over the next 3 years. 12 $, 88 Punkte, Robert Parker #165

Granaxa 2004

Intense cherries burst from the glass of outstanding 2004 Granaxa. A wine of superb depth, purity and length, it coats the palate with loads of red cherries, raspberries, spices and black cherries. The medium-bodied offering should be drunk over the next 4-5 years. 20$, 89-90 Punkte Robert Parker #165
